When you buy a bike from Off the Rock Cycles you can expect a high standard of service. You will get:

We stock a variety of brands, including high quality brands Merida, Marin, Claud Butler, Forme, Dawes, Squish. We have chosen brands who represent good value for money rather than a large spend on marketing.

You are welcome to visit the shop and browse and we’ll  show you round the different types and models of bikes.

We don’t just sell bikes. We can advise you, size the bike up, and set it up for your build. All bikes leave the shop perfectly tuned, and each bike comes with 3 months of free servicing.

Off the Rock Cycles supply Merida and Ezego ebikes, ranging from top-level full-suspension to folding shopper – we have bikes for varying abilities, riding styles and budgets.

Should you not find the ebike of your dream in our ready-built range, our in-house specialist ebike company Futurebike builds and converts custom EAPC electric bikes.

We welcome Cycle Schemes Vouchers from all major schemes.  Our favourite is the Green Commute Initiative, a social enterprise, with no limit on amount needed.

Pay-it-off club

Reserve a bike at any other time of the year, with a 20% deposit and pay it off in as many instalments as you choose, over 3 months. No interest. Then the bike is yours!

Our staff mechanics are industry-qualified and have a minimum of 12 years experience each. We also carry out minor adjustment and fix punctures while you wait, time allowing. 

We carry out mechanical servicing and repairs on all push cycles and on most EAPC* ebikes. We can do some electrical repairs too, and carry out diagnostics, but only on selected bikes.

When you bring a bike in, we can advise you on the level of servicing and on the parts required. We’ll give you an estimate before carrying out the work.
